Route 20 Fitness was founded in 2014 with the intention of bringing a new kind of fitness facility into the area. We offer group classes for all levels of fitness, all in a fun and non-intimidating atmosphere. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro our workouts will challenge you and get you the results you need!

MEET OUR TEAM
Coach Scott
Coach Scott opened Route 20 Fitness back in 2014 after working as a Personal Trainer since 2009. He has a wide variety of certifications, including from NASM, ISSA, ISSA Fitness Nutrition, and CrossFit. He loves to help clients reach their maximum potential and achieve goals they never previously thought possible. He has a passion for mud obstacle course races such as the Tough Mudder and loves encouraging members who have never done a mud obstacle course to train and get out in the mud with the studio team!
Coach Larissa
Coach Larissa is a graduate of The College at Brockport Exercise Science program. She began as a coach interning with UB’s strength and conditioning department in 2016. She has had a passion for all athletics and fitness going back to her early years as a hockey player and continuing all through college. She’s always ready and willing to help push people to their goals and best performance. She trains regularly herself and hopes to drive peoples’ passion and love for fitness and encourage those everyday to push their limits! She has been a part of the Route 20 Fitness team since 2016!
Coach Stephanie
Stephanie has a passion for health and fitness and helping others to achieve their goals. She has a background as a registered nurse, 7 years of bodybuilding experience, and nutrition studies under her belt. She has gone on to further her studies and received a Holistic Health and Wellness Coaching certificate to better serve people in a way that allows them to overcome limiting beliefs. If you have struggles or blocks with being consistent she is always open to assist you with the multitude of tips and tricks up her sleeve.
Coach Nicole
With a lifelong passion for sports and fitness, Coach Nicole's journey in this field began at a very early age. Having immersed herself in a multitude of sports, including hockey, softball, and volleyball, she developed a love for athletes and the art of training. Her personal fitness journey has been a transformative one, and she has committed herself to acquiring in-depth knowledge about physical fitness and overall well-being through the safest and most sustainable methods. Coach Nicole's primary goal is to empower individuals to realize their fitness aspirations and attain the best version of themselves.
Coach Kapry
Coach Kapry has been dedicated to helping clients achieve their ultimate fitness goals since 2009. With well-rounded knowledge of the fitness world, Kapry brings a wealth of experience to every training session. Her love for helping people is evident in her personalized approach, ensuring that each client receives the attention they deserve.
Kapry's commitment to staying current with the latest trends and techniques in the fitness industry is unwavering. Currently, she is pursuing further education in nutrition to complement her expertise in training. With her exceptional coaching skills and attention to detail, Kapry is the perfect partner to guide you on your fitness journey.
Coach Nadine
Coach Nadine is a passionate and dedicated professional who merges their love for fitness with their pursuit of an MD at Jacobs School of Medicine UB. With a background in competitive hockey and college-level play at SUNY Cortland, Nadine understands the profound connection between health and fitness. Coach Nadine strives to create a positive and empowering training environment for individuals of all fitness levels, from seasoned athletes to beginners. Her ultimate goal is to inspire and guide others toward a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle, unlocking their true potential through the transformative power of health and fitness.
