Coach Russell has a love for all things athletic and competitive in nature. In 2014 Russell experienced a tragedy in his personal life that fueled his desire to dedicate his life to something more. He began obstacle course racing to life to the fullest, and gave maximum effort to push forward through anything life puts in his path. He integrated HITT training into his preparation for his obstacle course runs and learned more about himself, health and fitness than he ever could have imagined. Russell learned that accomplishing a workout can be the reason many people get through a difficult day. He also learned that fitness can bring people together from all walks of life, and he wanted to play a bigger role in helping people reach their goals. He appreciates every person showing up for themselves and gladly shows up to keep them motivated.
