We offer group classes for all levels of fitness, all in a fun and non-intimidating atmosphere. MEET OUR TEAM

Scott

Owner/ COACH

Coach Scott opened Route 20 Fitness back in 2014 after working as a Personal Trainer since 2009. He has a wide variety of certifications, including from NASM, ISSA, ISSA Fitness Nutrition, and CrossFit. He loves to help clients reach their maximum potential and achieve goals they never previously thought possible. He has a passion for mud obstacle course races such as the Tough Mudder and loves encouraging members who have never done a mud obstacle course to train and get out in the mud with the studio team!

Larissa

HEAD COACH

Coach Larissa is a graduate of The College at Brockport Exercise Science program. She began as a coach interning with UB’s strength and conditioning department in 2016. She has had a passion for all athletics and fitness going back to her early years as a hockey player and continuing all through college. She’s always ready and willing to help push people to their goals and best performance. She trains regularly herself and hopes to drive peoples’ passion and love for fitness and encourage those everyday to push their limits! She has been a part of the Route 20 Fitness team since 2016!

Nicole

COACH

With a lifelong passion for sports and fitness, Coach Nicole's journey in this field began at a very early age. Having immersed herself in a multitude of sports, including hockey, softball, and volleyball, she developed a love for athletes and the art of training. Her personal fitness journey has been a transformative one, and she has committed herself to acquiring in-depth knowledge about physical fitness and overall well-being through the safest and most sustainable methods. Coach Nicole's primary goal is to empower individuals to realize their fitness aspirations and attain the best version of themselves.

vICTORIA

COACH

Coach Victoria has been dedicated to helping clients achieve their ultimate fitness goals for over 5 years. Her passion for fitness is deeply rooted in her journey through challenges with diet culture and body image, which has shaped her belief that movement should be enjoyable and community-driven. Victoria is dedicated to celebrating the capabilities of our bodies and empowering others through engaging and supportive group fitness experiences. Her commitment to fostering a vibrant, inclusive environment makes her an inspiring addition to the Route 20 family.

mADISON

COACH

Coach Madison is a dedicated fitness professional with degrees from SUNY Brockport and Springfield College, bringing a rich blend of teaching, coaching, and personal training expertise to the table. Currently pursuing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, she's passionate about unraveling the science behind exercise to help others move better and feel their best. As a former collegiate cross country athlete and an aspiring marathon runner, Madison thrives on pushing her endurance limits and inspiring others to do the same. Her mission? To empower members on their wellness journey—body, mind, and soul—by making fitness challenging, rewarding, and most importantly, fun.

Ashley

COACH

Coach Ashley is a retired rugby player with a passion for helping others build strength and confidence through movement. She strives to create a welcoming and upbeat environment where everyone feels motivated, supported, and capable. Ashley’s goal is to empower clients of all levels to discover their own power and potential in every workout.

Marissa

COACH

Coach Marissa is the newest addition to the Route 20 Fitness coaching team! You’ll find her leading our afternoon Boot Camp classes with contagious energy and a passion for helping members push past their limits. Marissa is currently training for a full marathon, and bringing that same dedication and grit to every workout she leads. She’s a huge fan of squats, so be prepared for the ultimate hype man on leg day!
