Bootcamp:  Our Boot Camp classes are a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. The combo of full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts is designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and leave you feeling great! Modifications for almost all fitness levels can be provided.

Xpress Camp: Our awesome Boot Camp workout sped up to really get you moving and out in the morning in only half a hour! 

Instructional Class: This class is optional and offered after out mandatory orientation for new members. It is a class that will teach you the basic movements we use in our boot camp classes to ensure you are using proper form to prevent injuries.   

Strong by Zumba: This class combines body weight movements, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric moves synced to music that has been specifically designed to match the moves in each workout. While this is not a dance based class it still focuses on the beat to really get things moving! 


Cardio Sweat: Want to break a sweat within minutes? This is the class for you! We will be doing 30 minutes of a variety of cardio movements; you will leave this class dripping with sweat.


Booty Bootcamp: This class is solely dedicated to focusing on strengthening your glutes and hamstrings. You will be working toward the booty of your dreams with a variety of lower body movements.


Strength: This class is recommended for members who have participated in bootcamp classes for awhile. You will be at various stations working on increasing your rep count each week.


Open Gym: This time is available when classes are not going on (and we are open) for you to utilize the gym space to do any exercises you would like. Any equipment in the gym will be available for you to use.
